- According to data from the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange, as of June 2, 2021, 15.79 million hectares of soybeans have been harvested in Argentina, which is 96.6% of the area. 42.44 million tons of soybeans were harvested at an average yield of 2.69 tons/hectare. 2.12 million hectares (34.1%) were harvested with corn, 17.95 million tons of corn were harvested at an average yield of 8.45 tons/hectare.
