For the week of November 7–12, the export tax on Russian wheat will be 2,517 rubles/ton (up from 2,272.9 rubles a week earlier). The export tax on barley will be 1,266.2 rubles/ton (+463.8), and the export tax on corn will be 3,059.9 rubles/ton (+357.8).

The indicative price for wheat is 222.5 USD/ton (220 previously), for barley it is at 192.5 USD/ton (186.6), and the indicative price for corn is 218.9 USD/ton (214.7).

- From the beginning of the season to November 4, 2024, Ukraine's grain exports reached 14.659 million tons (up from 9.794 million tons a year earlier), including 259,000 tons in November (550,000 tons last November). Exports include 7.902 million tons of wheat (0.16 million tons previously), 1.699 million tons of barley (0), and 4.779 million tons of corn (0.098 million tons).

- The price of rapeseed in the EU rose to 525 EUR/ton due to a weak production of 17.15 million tons, which is 2.6 million tons less than last year. The sunseed production is expected to be 8.9 million tons (-0.9 million tons). In Ukraine, the sunseed price has reached a historic high, with some processors operating at no profit.

- According to data from FranceAgriMer as of October 28, 2024, 41% of planned winter wheat areas in France have been sown (+20% in the last week and 65% average over the past five years). Winter barley has been sown on 62% of planned areas (+24% and 80% average), and 38% of corn areas have been harvested (+13% and 81% average).
