- According to IKAR's forecast, the export of Russian wheat will reach 5 million tons in November. According to data from Rusagrotrans, the export in October reached a record for the month of 4.7 million tons.

- Russia is not terminating the grain deal, but only exiting it. What this means is not yet known. At the same time, Turkey has taken over the security of the sea route with its own ships and the corridor continues to operate. Ships carrying Ukrainian grain are in many other countries around the world. Yesterday, Russia attacked two barges carrying grain in the Ukrainian port of Ochagov.

- In November, the export tax on sunseed oil from Russia remained at 0%, as in October.

- As of 28.10.2022 in Russia, 94.9% of the areas with grain crops were harvested, and 150.2 million tons of grain bunker weight were harvested, including 105.9 million tons of wheat and 26.7 million tons of barley. 29% of the areas were harvested with corn, and 4.9 million tons of corn were harvested. Sunseed has been harvested on 43% of the areas, with 7.8 million tons of sunseed harvested. Winter crops were sown on 15,372 million hectares (16,417).

- According to an estimate by the Statistical Office of Poland, the grain production in the country will reach a record 36 million tons (+4% compared to 2021). Thus, the country remains the third producer of grain in the EU.

- According to SAFRAS&Mercado data, as of 10/28/2022, 74.2% of the planned areas for first corn crop were sown in Brazil.

- Indonesia will continue to apply zero export tax on palm oil until the end of the year.

- The Government of Pakistan has approved the purchase of 300,000 tons of Russian wheat at a price of 372 USD/ton C&F and delivery within 01/11/2022 – 15/01/2022.
